How did you attach the first row of shower wall tile in the tile redi pan? I think the directions say to epoxy them. I’m worried about how the first row of my 12 inch tiles should get attached since over the tile ready portion they need to be epoxied but on the rest of the tile they need to be attached with thinset? Should I do half and half on each tile? What did you do to solve this issue?

Sorry for the super late reply – but I tiled using the thinset for the first 12″ course of tile. There was the 4″ lip of shower pan, and 8″ of cement board, so I took a risk and hoped the thinset on the the 8″ of cement board would be enough to hold it.
